- Reilly, Sidney (Rosenblum, Sigmund Georgeievich)
- (1874-1925)British spy. Born in Odessa, he worked in St Petersburg as an arms dealer. During World War I he was a British agent. At the beginning of the Russian Revolution he was stationed in St Petersburg. He was involved in an attempt to assassinate Lenin and fled to England in 1918, but returned to Russia in 1925 to meet with anti-Boshevik groups.
